Boneyard’s Bloody Crab Ceviche


Serve with tortilla chips or your choice of crackers.  If you love Boneyard’s and seafood, this a must have recipe!

Cooking Instructions

Place the shredded imitation crab into a glass or porcelain bowl. Plastic or metal are not recommended. Mix Boneyard’s with Clamato and pour over the crabmeat until well coated, then stir in the cilantro, onion, tomato and serrano peppers. Squeeze the lime juice over everything, and mix well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving. Serve with Chips, or on tostadas.
